We are a modern, full-service agency, specializing in birth and postpartum doulas, childbirth education, and placenta encapsulation services. We provide physical, emotional, and informational support to help you navigate your journey into and through parenthood. Our agency model ensures you will receive consistent, reliable support from our team of expert doulas. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our compassion.

Ashley Sova

Ashley began her career as a researcher at Case Western, exploring communication between female patients and their doctors. It was there that she discovered her love of supporting women, recognizing how unique every family and situation is, and providing them with unbiased, knowledgeable support. She carries that with her now as a certified doula and Owner of CLEbaby. Her passion lies in building a community for growing families to learn about pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, while helping them connect to their peers and enjoy CLE.

Crystal’s heart has always been in helping others and putting their best interests first. She credits her grandmother’s love and care as the foundation upon which her desire to support others was built. This lead Crystal into foster parenting for a time, and she now enjoys providing support to her clients as a birth and postpartum doula.

Julie is a joyful and accomplished woman who has a true passion for doula work. She built a successful career for herself in finance and banking, but her heart has always been drawn toward working with families and children. As a childbirth educator and trained birth and postpartum doula, she loves being a resource and a support for her clients during such a transformative time in their life.

Cynthia Barba

Cynthia Barba

Postpartum Doula.

For over ten years, Cynthia has provided professional nanny and newborn care services to Northeast Ohio families. She has experience with multiples, premature babies, and infants with special needs. Cynthia’s expertise includes a diversity of topics including food allergies, reflux, and lip and tongue ties. She especially enjoys overnight care; allowing parents rest so that they can better focus on the needs of their family.

Lauren is a proud Tennessee native, and brings with her the warmth and welcoming spirit of Southern hospitality. She’s a nurturer by nature, and a wonderful listener and friend. Her experience and love of babies, birth, and families shines through in her care and support as a doula. As a trained birth and postpartum doula, Lauren loves

Kelly Gentile

Kelly Gentile

Birth Doula.

Kelly is a yoga instructor, dog-lover, and a social media guru with a background in public relations and building brands. She was called to birth work through her yoga practice, where she has come to a place of self-acceptance and self-compassion. She is excited to help empower and instill these same values in her clients as she supports them through one of the most vulnerable and joyful experiences of their lives.

Sarah Schmidt

Sarah Schmidt

Birth Doula. Postpartum Doula.

Sarah has been working with newborns and children for over 18 years. Her career began at The OSU Wexner Medical Center’s Maternity Center, assisting with newborns in the nursery and providing postpartum care to new mothers. Sarah has worked as a live-in nanny to a pair of newborn twins for a US Congressman, and has also worked in a private pediatrician’s office for 12 years. She is passionate about guiding families on their journey so that they have the most fulfilling experience possible.

Carly Regal

Carly Regal

Postpartum Doula.

Carly has been working with children and families throughout her extensive university career. Currently working towards her Masters in Social Administration at Case Western Reserve University, her specific focus is on Children, Youth, and Families. During her field studies she practiced as an Early Childhood Mental Health therapist, working in homes and schools. Previous to CWRU she was an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapist for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Gretchen Stout

Gretchen is a kind and caring soul who has spent her entire life helping raise babies and children. She is a caregiver in every sense of the word. Assisting her mom with her at-home daycare center, she grew to love children of all ages. Seeing them move through their developmental stages, witnessing them reach milestones, and growing alongside the families she cared for prepared her well for work as a birth and postpartum doula.

Heather is an experienced, confident, and accomplished doula, certified as a Birth Doula and Postpartum & Infant Care Doula. She exudes warmth and is attuned to those around her. As someone who has had three very different birth and postpartum experiences herself, Heather understands the need for personalized and nonjudgmental support. She has cared for and supported dozens of families in the Cleveland area, and her clients attest to her expertise, nurturing personality, and sensitivity.
